KingFit and NCES to Create Coaching Videos for Health, Nutrition and Chronic Disease

WICHITA, KANSAS — KingFit announces the creation of a partnership with NCES, a leader in health, nutrition and managing chronic disease content for consumers and patients. KingFit will collaborate with NCES in the creation of a rich content stack to meet consumer needs. The new video series will offer a combination health coaching and self-learning solutions for consumers and health system providers, targeting the impact nutrition and healthy activities have on the quality of life.
“We find that people really want this information,” says Miguel Johns, CEO of KingFit. “The cost of healthcare and high deductible premiums are changing the game. We find employees of self-insured corporations are motivated to be healthy and wanting products that keep them motivated.” The series will place a focused emphasis of certain chronic diseases and the role nutrition and exercise plays. KingFit will offer general nutrition and exercise education, along with education related to morbid obesity, sugar intolerance, hypertension, diabetes, heart disease and renal failure.
